Internal Letter Management & Partnership Directory

Overview

Developed during an MBKM Fullstack Internship at LLDIKTI V Yogyakarta, this project comprises two critical administrative applications: an Internal Letter Management System and an Inter-Institutional Partnership Directory.

Applications Built

1. Internal Letter Management System: Streamlines internal correspondence, letter tracking, approval workflows, and archival across department units.
2. Partnership Directory App: A directory consuming external/internal APIs to track and manage partnerships between LLDIKTI Region V and private universities.

Solution & Architecture

• Frontend: Built with React and TypeScript for strong typing and smooth user interactions.
• Backend: Hono.js on Node.js/Edge runtime for lightweight, high-performance API endpoints.
• Database: PostgreSQL with relational data modeling for complex letter workflows and institutional relationships.

Impact

• Standardized digital correspondence across private university networks in Yogyakarta.
• Reduced manual processing time for letter tracking and partnership auditing.
